Position Urban Low-Carbon Development Junior Expert
Qualification
- Education of at least Masters Degree Academic level OR Equivalent additional professional experience of at least five years (on top of the above mentioned 3 years) in a field relevant to the lot;
- Very strong English language skills;
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Able to use computer based Word processing, Spreadsheet and presentation software expertly.
Required experience
- At least 3 years experience in working in China with cities or/and relevant administrative bodies linked to urban issues on low carbon development challenges;
- Experience in international projects/partnerships in China would be an asset;
Estimated manpower 16 working days
