Job Description: Developer/Programmer BeCaid China
Duties:
1.Manage non-traditional (NoSQL) database receiving daily data-rich input from thousands of users.
2.Generate reports for users based on data.
3.Modify core program for use in China -- add already recorded instructions in Chinese, translate instructions for assessment tests into Chinese, replace limited number of English language stimuli with Chinese.
4.Provide technical support to users in China and other parts of Asia for educational software.
5.Observe program use and talk with users to identify and implement program improvements specific to use in Chinese venues.
6.Observe program use and talk with users to identify program improvements for the general program as used world wide, and discuss implementation with the US-based R&D team.
7.Work with US-based R&D team and company scientists to combine and analyze data from the use in all market sectors in order to further develop the program.
Skills
1.Proficient in C#. Silverlight or WPF experience a plus.
2.English language competence – speaking and reading.
3.Skilled in database management, with experience or interest in NoSQL databases
