Personal Assistant to the Director of Human Resources (Short term, Urgent)
Location: Chaoyang District, Beijing (Close to subway station Dongzhimen, and GuoMao)
Duration: 2-3 months, start ASAP.
Position Overview: This role is to provide administrative assistance to a HRD of a Fortune 500 company. This role will be personally hired by the HRD, an American executive who has profound knowledge and experience in business management, especially Human Resources in China and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal assistance to the HRD.
2. Prepare data, reports, and presentation materials as directed.
3. Sort papers and materials in English and Chinese.
4. Set up and maintain good filing system.
5. General ad hoc tasks reasonably requested.
Competencies:
1. Initiative and problem solving.
2. Good interpersonal skill and respect for others.
3. Independence and detail-oriented.
4. Good ethic. Confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. College graduate or above. Relevant experience desirable.
2. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Good in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Environment: Partly at the HRD’s office, which located in Yintai Center, near Guomao in CBD. Or at the Director’s apartment in the Embassy area near Dong Zhimen.
Payment: RMB 3500/month negotiable. You are expected to work for 35 hours per week. For the occasion that you can not work for the whole hours, you will get the payment on a pro rata basis.
