JOB OBJECTIVES:
Provide administrative support on HR related tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Employee personnel file: employment contract e-copy administration and documents filing
2. Employment related documents distribution: assist for Annual individual income tax slip, Annual individual pension and housing fund status reports, annual individual health check reports, commercial insurance statement… distribution to employees
3. Training / workshop: logistic support
4. Visa application documents preparation, Intern attendance record collection
5. Administrative support: provide other HR adm. support as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Proficient in PC skill & MS office skill (Excel, MS word and PPT)
3. English Skill: Good listening, speaking, reading and writing
