Position: IT Intern

Job description:
- Receive service desk calls in local language, create IT tickets, fix simple IT issues or assign tickets to related IT team members
- Bridge communication among local IT team, IT business operation and IT finance team, provide timely update
- Manage IT assets database

Requirements:
- Should have hands on skills on computer OS installation and basic troubleshooting
- Good communications skills in both Chinese and English;Speak South Korea language is preferred.
