Regarding The App:

*App that promotes a piece of media randomly from a pool of video/music/quote
/image database
*Providing a tool for the administrator to load material to the database
*Design needs to be bright, crisp, minimalistic & professional with a geometric
theme throughout.
*Please provide a flat fee quote with a number of iterations included.
*In the quote please provide a 'Test & compatibility phase" including:
1. The creation & delivery of the mockup (graphics and user interface)
2. First prototype
3. App Delivery-

Regarding The Programmer:

*Will design & develop all aspects of the App including testing, finalizing
and ensuring the app is fully uploaded for approval.
*Must be familiar with the 'App Store Guidelines' to ensure it is approved
for the App Store
*Must be willing to provide technical guidance and explain things simply
in non-technical terms
*Fluent English or Chinese speaking is essential.
*Needs to be experienced in integrating iAd Framework into the App, and intergrating
AdWhirl & Banner Ads (banner ad space needs to be programmed above the screen
, not blocking any app info and not having a permanent black space if not
filled)
*Needs to be experienced in integrating Dynamic (on/off) Nag Screens & Push
Notifications.

If the Project is profitable and work is quality there is great potential
for ongoing work.

Successful Candidates will be invited for a Skype interview and the chosen
applicant must sign an NDA.
