＞ To work 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week
＞ 18-24 months collections experience preferred.
＞ Languages. English and Mandarin a must Cantonese not essential but an
advantage.
＞ Ability to work effectively in a team.
＞ Willingness to communicate with clients on collections issues.
＞ Collection of all invoices due as per contractual payment terms and identifying
issues preventing payment.
＞ Identify person for resolution where applicable and follow up resolution of
these issues.
＞ Internal and external communication needed: Unisys HK, Taiwan and mainland
China/customers- The person will liaise with internal staff and external
customers on collections. As the person gains experience the person will work
with Yuxin as a team and back each other on collections for China Hong Kong &
Taiwan.
＞ should be on duty on first day of every month- the person will need to come
in on the first working day of the month for month end processing.
