本人需要找4个人做一些英语文章主题抽取的工作，每人标注100篇文章（平均长度370单词左右），每篇文章需要抽取5~10个主题（以单词或词组的形式，可以直接从文中抽取，也可以通过总结），每人报酬170元，在下周末之前完成。具体要求如下：

Today i was at Wal-Mart, the EVIL place where i often go for stuff like ... well, almost everything, because it is cheaper then anywhere else. Waiting in line, along with other poor immigrants and not so poor immigrants, I was reading the titles on the covers of the magazines. One said "Is your family normal - 10 question test". My first question that popped in my mind was "Who are they to define normal? Nobody can decide what normal is". And suddenly I realized how empty my bin with basic values is. I can not decide what is normal and what's not because I have no benchmark. I don't believe in wrong and right, I don't believe in black and white (unless we are talking cloths here, or exquisite china), and I look upon people who believe in one truth, the ONE that stands above all others. Maybe this is where my relationship with Americans get an uninteresting twist. And I call myself a tolerant. I blame my lack of values not on my laziness, but on my life experience. I can just say: I saw how Europeans live, I saw how Asians live, I saw how Middle Eastern live, i saw white people, black people, I saw men, girls, men pretending to be girls, I saw brave people, shy people, smart people, cheaters, believers, wives, children, lovers, well, i saw everything. ANd I couldn;t find common ground. And this is how I stand alone, without grip to that phantasy called VALUE, that gives you confort in the times of sorrow, that makes you wanna share it with peers and constitutes the great legacy you leave behind.

（这篇文章有278个单词，我的英语阅读水平还可以，总共花了4分钟。现在需要标注的其他文章的平均单词数是370左右，内容主要是关于博客\新闻\网页介绍的，为了保证标注质量，每篇文章用6分钟左右完成。所以1小时可以标注10篇，100篇需要10小时，以17元/小时算，报酬是17×10=170元。）
【注意事项】
1、这些标注结果对我的研究课题的实验很重要，所以请参与工作的人一定要认真负责，谢谢！
2、为了稍微考察标注者的阅读水平，请先将附件文档里的前3篇文章标注完发给我（文章在“内容.doc”，结果写到“标注结果.doc”），我看过觉得满意了，就会将你需要标注的100篇文章发给你。
3、还是关于质量的：每篇文章都不只一个人标注的，我自己也会标注部分文章，在每个人标注完之后我会比对一下效果，如果觉得他的一些文章标注的结果很差的话会要求他重新标注那部分文章。
