先把概念搞清楚再讨论问题。RFC1983里面有hacker和cracker两个词的定义。

hacker
   A person who delights in having an intimate understanding of the
   internal workings of a system, computers and computer networks in
   particular.  The term is often misused in a pejorative context,
   where "cracker" would be the correct term.  See also: cracker.

cracker
   A cracker is an individual who attempts to access computer systems
   without authorization.  These individuals are often malicious, as
   opposed to hackers, and have many means at their disposal for
   breaking into a system.  See also: hacker, Computer Emergency
   Response Team, Trojan Horse, virus, worm.

RMS讨论“黑客”一词：

黑客是指享受智慧乐趣的人们——并不一定与计算机有关。在 20 世纪 60 至 70 年代，麻省理工学院（MIT）的自由软件社区的程序员称他们自己为黑客。大约在 1980 年，那些发现了黑客社区的记者们错误地将这一词语用于指代“安全破坏者”。

请不要散播这种错误。那些破坏安全的人称为骇客（cracker）。
