Fermions are particles with half integer spins and Bosons with integer spins. So Fermions of even number can form a Boson. Due to the Pauli Exclusion Law, there are no identical Fermions, therefore, different Fermions can form a Boson.
The elementary Bosons are a little different. They carry forces and do not follow the Pauli Exclusion Principle.
