下载soaptoolKit3.0
在安装的过程中提示如下错误：
there is a problem with this windows installer package.
a program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.
contact your support personnel or package vendor??
然后就安装不上了，晕，不知道是什么问题？

再别的机器上安装的时候也是这个样子的提示，郁闷，是不是sp4的问题？
大侠哪里有没有问题的soaptoolkit下载？？

是SP4包的原因。
去微软的网站重新下载一个新的，它能支持sp4。
这问题在微软官方网站上就有人问过，我以前碰到过，
看了那个才知道的。
