Each nba player can only belong to one team in a league.
We distribute the players by 1. draft (60% maybe) 2. trade
(10%) 3. pick FA (30%).
1. Draft can be done lively by us or autoly by computer.
pre-draft ranking is important. Draft will determine maybe 60%
players and maybe 80% good players. So it is important!
2. Trade is done by 2 teams. If the trade is obviously unfair,
1/3 league members may vote to avoid it.
3. pick FA --- We can pick up players who has not been selected
in draft. And when you pick one, you have to drop one. We can do
that every day. The players you pick will be on your lineup next day.
