How do I play the game?
Please see the Game Rules for more information. If you're new to fantasy
football then you'll probably want to read our introduction first.

How many teams may I enter?
Each player can only enter one team. However, this team may be entered in up
to 5 private and public leagues.

I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?
You can retrieve your password by following the link on the login page .

How can I change my personal details such as email address and password?
Use the User Profile link from the My Team page.

How can I change my team details such as team name?
After you have logged in to My Team , use the Team Details link to change
your team details.

When is the game updated?
The game will be updated after the last game of the Matchday has been
completed. However, you can follow your progress by using the link that
appears while games are in progress.

Is there a complete list of players and prices I can print out?
You can find this here .

How can I delete my team?
We don't allow this for security reasons. To unsubscribe from all emails
check the 'no email' box in your team details . Your team will be removed at
the end of the season. If you want to change your team then you must use
transfers, just like a real manager.

Can I see other people's teams?
It is only possible to see other people's teams after Matchday 1 has started.

What happens if my captain doesn't play?
If your captain does not play then the bonus will be lost. Another player
will not take over the captaincy in his place.

Why didn't my captain score double points?
You're probably looking in the wrong place. To check your points in the
current Matchday use the latest points page.

Do substitutes score points?
Only starting or automatically substituted players will earn points for your
team. These automatic substitutions provide cover for unforeseen events like
last minute injuries, players being dropped and match postponements. Having a
strong substitutes bench also allows you to select a starting eleven each
Matchday based on form and fixtures without suffering transfer points
penalties.

I'm having problems selecting a team on a Mac?
There are known problems with the game and IE 5.0 Mac version. To play the
game you'll need to upgrade IE or use a different browser such as Firefox,
Opera or Safari.

How do I change my formation?
Just follow the instructions on the my team page.

One of my players can't be substituted?
Make sure that player isn't your captain. You can't substitute your captain.

Can I change my team during the week, so I have a different team playing in
the same Matchday?
No. Any (team selection, transfers, captains, substitution strategy) changes
you make after the deadline will not take effect until the following deadline
.

Leagues
How do I start a league for my friends?
After you have selected a squad, use the Leagues link to create a new league.

How can I invite other people to join my league?
If you are the league administrator then you can invite people from your
league administration page. If not, then you will need to send them the
league code that you used when entering the league. The league founder can
get the code from the 'Administer League' page, which is available from
Leagues .

Is there any limit on the number of leagues I can be in?
A team may be in up to 5 public / private leagues.

How do I delete my team from a league?
On the leagues page you will find a list of the leagues you are currently
participating in. Clicking on 'Remove team' will remove your team from the
requested league.

How do I ban a team from a league?
This feature is only available to the creator of the league. On the Leagues
page the league creator will find a link to 'Administer League'. From here
teams can be banned, new players invited and the league forum cleared. These
teams will be permanently banned. If you would like to let them back in the
league you will need to unbar them. They will have to enter the code again to
join the league.

After a change of heart I want to let someone back in my league. How can I do
this?
You need to remove their ban by unchecking the box next to their name on the
'Administer League' page. They will then need to rejoin the league by
entering the league code.

What is the difference between a private and a public league?
Public league are created automatically and can be joined by anyone. A
private league needs knowledge of the unique code to join.

Is there any limit on the number of teams in a private league?
No, the more the merrier. Only 50 teams will be show at once though and
you'll have to use the back and forward links to navigate through your table.
