Employees having multiple jobs shouldn't be an issue for this survey because the labor force participation rate is calculated from the household survey, where they more or less just ask people whether or not they have a job (so having multiple jobs isn't an issue.
Regardless, multiple job holders as a percent of employment has been steady (or slightly decreasing) for the past 30 years, so this shouldn't be too much of an issue.
