Erik Ten Hag needs to have a serious look at the Bruno situation.
I am a big Bruno fan. He has been one of our most exciting players over the last 2 seasons and when he is in form he is one of our best players. But like Ronaldo, when times get tough he is not the man to lead our team. His attitude when things dont go our way stinks. The diving, the arm-flailing, the shouting at the ref, the look of defeat when we concede. Standards at Man Utd for a captain are higher than that. When our captain loses his head and his attitude and work rate drops, the whole team collapses and yesterday was the perfect example.
If i was Ten Hag, I would be giving that arm band straight to Varane next season. A man who has won it all, who knows what it means to lead a team and whos attitude in victory or defeat never seems to break.
