不是说突破了就是有底蕴

当然不能突破，没有高峰期的球队说什么底蕴就名不副实了，顶多了说 风格 。

英格兰现在就是四不像，这个四不像放在 不行的教练 手里又变成 看似名将云集，实际
捉襟见肘 的场景。为啥是 不行的教练 上位呢？因为底蕴和学习能力不行，导致没有几
个 行的本土教练 。
