6pm买的东西,写转运地址时写错了,投递失败,现在东西在USPS那,6pm客服说USPS拒绝改地址。
我记得投递失败应该把快递返回寄出方才对呀!
现在该怎么办。下面是6pm的回复。

Upon checking your order# 104-13356263, I see that it has already shipped with a USPS tracking #9361327638. Since this is the case, we can no longer change the shipping address of your order on our end. Please be informed that this can only be done within a very short period of time after placement of order and it still depends on how far along an order has gotten in its processing.
Unfortunately, as much as I want to update the shipping address, the USPS doesn't waive any courtesies to rectify any shipping information on their system. I understand that this is quite frustrating because if I were in your shoes, I'd feel the same way.
What I can suggest is that if you know someone from the address that you have about your order, you may contact him/her to make delivery arrangements.
Cheng, you may view your order status and any refunds/credits at any time by logging on to the "My Account" section of 6pm.com and clicking on this order in your order history.
