Candidate Profile
Majors: Automotive Engineering background
Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Graduate in less than 1.5 year (either Bachelor or Master degree)
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the consulting profession – Strong motivation to join management consulting ( offer extended if performance is good enough)
Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Strong academic performance and extracurricular activities
Always take the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure; a fast learner and strong team player; Creative, flexible and self-confident
Job description
Conduct research, including desk research, cold call, interviews etc.
Conduct data analysis on collected information to generate insights
Create deliverables including chart creation in power point, excel
Conduct other tasks that supervising consultant or manager would assign
Due to the nature of consulting work, overtime during evening or weekend sometimes is required.
