        比如我的 ``用户名+昵称+邮箱地址'' 应该为：
        Seraphees(Every thing will be easy, is it?) <Seraphees@newsmth.org>

        水木的邮件中``From:''字段为：
        Seraphees(Every thing will be easy, is it?) <Se>

        这将导致某些邮件服务器中的邮件显示不正常，比如gmail中显示为乱码。

        建议解决方案：
                把``昵称''字段截断，而不是依次填充``用户名+昵称+邮箱地址''。
