Job Description：
1. Responsible for providing professional guidance for Pre-IPO companies, participating in IPO, Refinancing, Bond Issuing and M&A projects.
2. Responsible for conducting industry research, implementing due diligence, designing M&A scheme and Financing Plan.
3. Responsible for tracking Law & Regulations and proposing forward-looking opinions and decision-making reference.
4. Once hired, candidates will be led by Executive Director from HK Listed Company.

Education, Experience And Skill Required
1. Finance-related majors in well-known universities at home or abroad, a complex professional background is preferred
2. At least 5 years’ experience in Investment Banking Department , specializing in IPO projects, Private Placement, M&A, and Industrial Fund.
3. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
6. Willing to accept frequent overseas business trips.

10. Must exhibit high energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude; articulate and confident.
