We are looking to hire a Staff Firmware Engineer to join Mellanox’s R&D team. The work environment is versatile, educational, dynamic and challenging as our employees are currently working on innovative, next-generation networking devices at the forefront of technology in terms of performance and power efficiency. The daily work involves all aspects of firmware development: Design, Micro- Architecture, Software interfaces and Verification and also include close development work with our local customers.

Essential Responsibilities:
o Engaging in NIC features design, such as virtIO, RoCE, OVS offload.
o Support local FAE to resolve local customer’s issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
o Bachelor degree and above in electronics/communication/automation/Computer Engineering from a leading university
o Global project experience
o Demonstrated strong capability in C programming
o At least 5 years experience in embedded design. Knowledge of embedded SoC architecture.
o Be familiar with data structure and OS.
o Advantage to knowledge in networking.
o Writing & speaking English fluently, be able to read English technical document.
o Self-starter, energizing, responsible, team player
o Knowledge of C++, Python, Shell script is plus.
o Knowledge of network, virtIO, RDMA, OVS is plus.
