Job Title: 5G RAN SW Developer

【职位描述】

Role Summary:
You will be part of our 5G NR baseband（PHY, L2 Scheduler） product development team, you will be responsible for
o Baseband Software design and implementation
o Baseband architecture design and optimization
o Active part in Customer solution design
o Design documentation
o Functional troubleshooting
o Support Product integration
o Support field performance activities

Job Requirements:
o In-depth knowledge of baseband Software development on 3GPP LTE ,5G NR
o Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
o M.Sc. or B.Sc in Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
o At least 2+ years’ experience in mobile telecommunication industry
o Proficient in programming with C/C++ on DSP, ASIC, CPU, GPU or relevant platform
o Good to have Processor specific optimization experience
o Good to have solid knowledge and experience in MIMO and Multi-Antenna
o Good to have experience in fronthaul interface development(eCPRI)
o Dedicated, result oriented professional with a reputation for getting the job done.
o Quick learner, willing to take challenges, thriving in fast paced, high-pressure environment
o Excellent inter-personal skills
