2 ROLE DESCRIPTION
To work as a direct report of the Microsoft China Business Analyst and work with Microsoft China AR stores to ensure that the V Net IoT solution is supported to an excellent standard. This role will also manage the day to day inbound data validation (point of sale and serial number) and error rectification process. From time to time, the Microsoft China Business Analyst may allocate other work-related tasks to this role. This is an on-site role based at a supplier.
2.1 AR TRAINING
o Provide initial and hypercare follow-up training to AR Stores that have V Net IoT implemented
2.2 STORE SUPPORT
o Manage and handle all initial AR store IoT help requests (via WeChat, mobile, e-mail or web), acting as a triage point and live helpdesk resource – Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
o Manage the escalation path for any store issues that cannot be rectified by this role – either through to Level 2/Level 3 or IoT manufacturer support. Ensure that the store, Microsoft China Business Analyst and key Microsoft contacts are kept up to date with the latest status and ETAs.
o Log all Tickets in V Net’s Zendesk system. Use this system to report on error frequency, type etc. and work with the Microsoft China Business Analyst to implement strategies to make processes more efficient.
o Maintain data updates (eg: new stores) to the IoT Portal (PiCo Connect) and utilize it to diagnose store errors (eg: basket not scanned).
o Work with AR stores who have IoT downtime to ensure that the store is collecting Proof of Execution – POE (barcode photos) and that the store scans this data in when their hub is reinitialized and then sends this POE to the Analyst for audit.
o Upload corrected/validated data via V Net web functions if required
o Report and escalate any issues to the Microsoft China Business Analyst.
2.3 DAILY DATA VALIDATION (DISTI, POS AND SERIAL NUMBER ERRORS)
o Using both V Net system tools/reports and, if required, the V Net IoT portal, validate any invalid daily store item transactions. This includes:
o Rectifying standard “POS Errors” for JD.com via query to Microsoft JD.com Account Manager and then, based on their feedback, creating/maintaining overrides in the V Net system
o Sending V Net POS exception reporting to Microsoft AR, T-Mall and CES Account Managers and then, based on their feedback, creating/maintaining overrides in the V Net system to make the data valid
o Sending V Net Disti exception reporting to Microsoft’s Disti Account Managers and then, based on their feedback, creating/maintaining overrides in the V Net system to make the data valid
2.4 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS TASKS
o This resource will any available time in supporting the Microsoft China Business Analyst
o If all tasks around AR Store Support and Daily Data Validation are completed, then this role can assist the Microsoft China Business Analyst with any additional reporting and analysis tasks of which the team member undertaking the role is capable. For example, loading of ICMODS data files, CMI, Excel Analysis and further data validation.
