Responsibilities:  
?    Perform in-depth analysis of various aspects of business including but not limited to sales, productivity, profitability, costs, and pricing
?    Identify improvement opportunities and formulate counter-measures to enhance financial performance
?    Lead accounting and finance teams to fulfill financial reporting responsibilities
?    Manage or attend monthly sales forecast and operational review meetings for various business locations
?    Formulate and implement relevant internal control and financial policies and procedures to effectively measure and monitor business performance
?    Manage cash flow and currency exposure
?    Ensure compliance with legal requirements in Great China
?    Interface with the Board, Investors, shareholders as well as external parties such as financial institutions, lawyers and auditors
?    Lead fund-raising, mergers and acquisition projects
?    Report directly to the CEO    

Requirements:
?    University graduate, CPA, preferably with Big 4 training
?    15 years of financial management experience in sophisticated business environments
?    Strategic and entrepreneurial with strong business acumen
?    Self motivated and proactive in problem solving
?    Ability to multitask and produce high quality work under minimal supervision in high pressure environment
?    Loyal and willing to quickly integrate into the company
?    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?    Fluent in English and Mandarin
