Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the complete lifecycle of software development, including designing, prototyping, implementation, testing, maintenance and technical support?
2. Produce technical specifications and determine operational feasibility?
3. Write well designed, testable, efficient code?
4. Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures?
5. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system?
6. Document and maintain software functionality?
7. Tailor and deploy engineering tools, processes and metrics?
8. Serve as the expert of online advertising industry, and drive the industry with continuous technical innovation?
9. Partner with global engineering, product and operations teams to further incorporate collective innovations
Qualifications:?
1. Extensive experience with high concurrency and high availability mission-critical system design and development?
2. Strong capabilities in C/C++, DB design and network programming?
3. Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation?
4. Experience with team/project management is preferred, and demonstrated leadership with motivating and energizing the very best software engineers?
5. Knowledgeable about Unix/Linux, distributed systems and architecture?
6. Knowledgeable about SDLC, Agile and Software Engineering Methodology?
7. Strong passion with learning / practicing new technics?
8. Team working skills, Good communication skills inboth English and Chinese, Willingness to work under pressure?
9. Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
