VMWARE Horizon View client team is looking for Senior MTS developer engineers in Beijing R&D Center.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop Horizon View software.
* Troubleshoot, triage and debug customer reported issues.
* Create and review test plans, execute manual testing and test automation.
* Collaborate with product managers and team members to translate loose requirements to completed stories.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:
* 5+ years experiences of commercial software product development
* Rich experiences in Linux application development, GUI experience is preferred.
* Strong coding skills in C/C++.
* Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell.
* Experience with Test Driven Development or DevOps is a big plus.
* Experiences in Windows development is a plus.
* Experiences with network and security is a plus.
* Experiences with remote display protocols (RDP, ICA, VNC, etc), highly interactive 2D/3D graphics, or remote device integration is a plus.
* Quick learning, creative thinking and strong analytical skills;
* Passion for work, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* BSCS, MSCS or equivalent.
