Responsibilities: ?
1.Be responsible for the complete lifecycle of software development, including designing, 2.prototyping, implementation, testing, maintenance and technical support ?
3.Produce technical specifications and determine operational feasibility ?
4.Write well designed, testable, efficient code ?
5.Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures ?
6.Integrate software components into a fully functional software system ?
7.Document and maintain software functionality ?
8.Tailor and deploy engineering tools, processes and metrics ?
9.Serve as the expert of online advertising industry, and drive the industry with continuous technical innovation ?
10.Partner with global engineering, product and operations teams to further incorporate collective innovations

Qualifications: ?
1.Extensive experience with high concurrency and high availability mission-critical system design and development ?
2.Strong capabilities in C/C++, DB design and network programming ? Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation ?
3.Experience with team/project management is preferred, and demonstrated leadership with motivating and energizing the very best software engineers ?
4.Knowledgeable about Unix/Linux, distributed systems and architecture ?
5.Knowledgeable about SDLC, Agile and Software Engineering Methodology ?
6.Strong passion with learning / practicing new technics ?
7.Team working skills, Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, Willingness to work under pressure ? 8.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
