Deal Management (2#,Beijing: 1 English-Speaking; 1 Japanese-Speaking)
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Design and keep-it-to-date PingCAP’s Go-Global deal management policies, process and contract templates for both direct and indirect deals.
2) Organize training for the Sales/Pre-sales team with new sales policies, process changes and tool changes.
3) Formulate, set and manage deal strategy with Sales/Pre-sales team to accelerate a specific deal’s sales cycle.
4) Develop and work out the pricing-strategy, the discount structure and/or the contract framework with Sales/Pre-Sales teams to maximize customer-life-cycle value.
5) Draft, review and execute customer-facing agreements/contracts and any other legally-binding documents.
6) Coordinate with various internal teams (e.g. Finance, Legal, PingCAP Business Committee) for deal validation or approvals on non-standard items.
Qualifications
1) 5+years global enterprise experiences with roles in Deal Management, Contract Management, 2) Business Operations, etc.
3) Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Law, Computer Science, Management Information System.
4) Legal background is a plus.
5) Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
6) High attention to detail and accuracy.
7) Have the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.
8) Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese (for the Japanese-speaking role).
