In short:
1.Deeply knowledge and hands-on experiences on 1 RDBMS, MySQL is the best, better in Linux platform.
2.Open and be able to learn/cover other DBs like: MongoDB/ClickHouse/Cassandra.
3.Open and be able to extend development skill, like: Golang/Python/VUE/JS are the best.
4.Familiar with AWS Cloud and K8s environment is a good plus.  
5.English, read/write/speak/listen: can do basic communication.
6.Suppose to do 7x24 on-call in case no US side covering.
