What you'll be doing:
* Build industry leading enterprise collaboration apps (IM, voice, video, etc) that run on Windows/Mac/Linux with Citrix/VMWare virtual desktop platform
* Continuous improvement on use experience and quality to keep high customer satisfaction


What you need for this position:
* B.S. in Computer Science or related, MS is desired

* Have curiosity about how things work.

* Write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability
* 3+ years of C/C++ programming experience

* GUI development experience on Linux/Mac/Windows. QT experience is preferred.

* Experience with multithreading, network programming
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
