Z AIOps Automation China team is looking for one software engineer who is self-driven, innovative and passionate for new technologies. You will closely work with global team to design and develop IBM System Automation Unite. IBM Service Management Unite is a customizable dashboard interface that brings mainframe management information and tasks from disparate sources into a single environment, which provides system programmers, operators, and administrators with a transparent view of system health status and allows for easy problem identification. The console enables operators to see both monitoring and automation exception events together, so they can identify critical problems. Operators can quickly and confidently analyze, isolate and diagnose problems by providing all relevant data in a single location. IBM Service Management Unite also enables operators to interact directly with the system by issuing commands and viewing results without going to a different console.
Requirements:
o    Solid background in computer science
o    Rich development skills (including Java, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, etc.)
o    Fluent in English and strong communication skills
o    Self starters who can quickly learn new technologies
o    Ability to focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple
o    5+ years of experience in software development
o    Agile development and Design Thinking knowledge is a plus
o    Knowledge of mainframe applications such as Db2, CICS, IMS, WAS and MQ is a plus
o    Solid experience on development/testing on z/OS is a plus
o    Rich team leading and project management skill is a plus
