Your role:
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be part of a growing team in China and work closely with several teams such as Sales, Integrations, Support & Product. Your goal is to develop and extend our relationships with our partners to help improve Adjust’s market position and drive business growth.
What you bring:
Min. 4 years experience in mobile ad tech ecosystem
An established network in the Chinese AdTech market (Agencies, Networks, Ad Platforms, Analytics Partners and Cloud Providers)
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
Time management and organizational skills
Previous Partnerships experience or experience in a Saas environment is a plus
Technical experience in the mobile industry is a plus
2. 集成工程师Integration Engineer
Your role:
As an Integration Engineer for China, you will be a part of an international team and be based in Beijing. You will work closely with several teams such as Account Management, Product and Tech teams. You will be in charge of the integration and maintenance of all Adjust Partners globally. Your goal is to provide technical support to our teams, and to solve any kind of technical challenges of our partners and customers.
What you bring:
Good knowledge of the mobile industry
Experience with Linux, Terminal and Bash commands
Experience with SQL and other scripting/programming languages is a plus
Business level English and Mandarin
Strong Problem solving skills
3.销售经理-Sales Manager/Account Executive 工作地点:北京、上海、深圳、广州、成都
Your role:
As an Account Executive based in Beijing / Shanghai / Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Chengdu, you will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, and managing opportunities to closure. Your main objective is to increase Adjust's market share in the SMB segment.
What you bring:
1-2 years of quota carrying and closing experience in similar insides sales roles with saas, technology companies or mobile advertising
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
4.销售代表-Sales Development Representative or Inside Sales 工作地点:北京、上海、深圳、广州、成都
Your role:
As a Sales Development Representative based in Beijing / Shanghai / Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Chengdu, you will join our APAC SDR team to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach in the China market.
What you bring:
1-2 years of Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or Inside Sales experience calling into the China market, ideally in a tech/software company and a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
5.技术部客户经理-Technical Account Manager 工作地点:北京
Your role:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with several teams such as Sales and Integration, in addition to all other departments within Adjust. You are in charge of delivering exceptional customer experience. You will support your clients on how to best use the Adjust product and help them resolve any technical challenges and provide daily support and have check-in calls with your client base.
What you bring:
Experience in a client facing role in advertising technology
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to work with our clients in China

6.客户成功经理-Customer Success Manager 工作地点:上海
Your role:
As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients and ensuring their success through utilizing Adjust’s suite of tools. Your main goal is to focus on the success of your customers, enabling them to improve their business while increasing lifetime value for Adjust and preventing churn.
What you bring:
Experience in User Acquisition
Experience in Customer Success or Sales roles in adtech industry
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
7.实施工程师-Implementation Engineer 工作地点:北京
Your role:
As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our Adjust products for all newly-signed clients until the client is fully onboarded. In the client lifecycle, the Implementation team will operate from the end of Closing until the end of Onboarding.
What you bring:
Experience in implementing SaaS products
Understanding of onboarding processes/workflow in SaaS products
Experience in dealing directly with customers, ability to discover client needs, understand the use cases, and proactively suggest solutions to meet clients’ requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
