Job Responsibilities：
1、Lead an power block design team   with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to  manufacturing
2、Translate system requirements   to chip and block level architecture and specifications
3、Develop Power Management Cell  IP including but not limited to high power(~x00W), high efficiency  multi-phase switching regulators, Buck Regulators, Boost Regulators, LDO,  Bandgap, Voltage and Current References, Clock, bias circuitry, etc.
4、Work with and provide guidance   to physical designers and monitors the progress of IC layout
5、Evaluate system-level use-cases    and re-create these in simulation
6、Leadership and collaborate    across teams to come up with the best solution possible
Job Requirements：
BS with 10+ years or MS with 8+ years of high power IC design experience.
Additional Preferred one or more of these Requirements:
1、Any professional experience in    analog and mixed signal IC design of power management circuits is a plus. (5 years would be ideal).
2、Strong knowledge of analog   integrated circuit fundamentals
3、Strong knowledge of CMOS device  physics and fabrication processes
4、Knowledge of parasitic and  noise analysis
5、Self-motivated, driven, and  passionate individual with focus on results and meeting project schedules
6、VerilogA or AVHDL language and    simulation verification experience is a plus
7、Mixed-signal    simulation, interfacing with analog functions
8、Strong    problem-solving and data analysis skills
