Here is a position for you. We (CN Global Store Tech Team) are seeking an ambitious leader to lead a team to innovate on the cross boarder business domain, to innovate the best Machine Learning models to create the right promotions to the right end customer, to brainstorming and development the best shopping experience to our customers, and etc, to drive our ambitious business plan to fulfill millions of CN and world wide customer needs!
Basic qualifications
· 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
· Good English skill
· 4+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
· Experience in partnering with product and program management teams
· A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
· Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development.
· Deep hands-on technical expertise in building web services and highly scalable applications.
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
· Experience leading a team of 10+ engineers.
Preferred qualifications
· Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
