ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  
o    Technical leadership in developing software related to video codec Android integration and optimization, to support media playback and media streaming.
o    Take part in video enhancement development.  
o    Coding using C/C++/Java, and very good experience with android system development.  
o    Conduct code review and apply suitable methodology to ensure high-quality delivery.
o    Work and synergize with software system architects and technology manager to secure on-time delivery of the projects
o    Provide technical consultation to customers for solution integration.
  
REQUIREMENTS
  
o    Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Communication or Electronic Engineering. Master degree will be preferred.
o    3+ years in the field of video technology ranging from media playback and streaming, familiar with one of multimedia frameworks, such as DirectShow, FFmpeg, GStreamer, and etc.
o    Must be proficient in Embedded System development, such as platform, iOS platform and even Linux platform.
o    Must be proficient in C/C++ and be able to demonstrate good software craftsmanship.  
o    Ability to read and write in English and Chinese and able to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
o    Ability to handle urgent tasks from management team.
