Responsibility:
1. Fully responsible for Myyshop business management, responsible for Myyshop operations and GMV/profit targets;
2. Responsible for formulating Myyshop's overall business strategy, plans and establishing a performance management system;
3. According to the strategic plan, implement the US market sales and marketing plan, formulate marketing channel development strategies, be responsible for the establishment of specific cooperation methods for Internet celebrity channels, develop channel partners and formulate cooperation plans;
4. Formulate the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual profit goals and propose targeted strategies based on the goals and lead the team to implement them through Myyshop;
5. Supervise, control and evaluate the effectiveness of operation work, adjust the strategy according to performance, market feedback, etc., and ensure the continuous achievement of marketing goals beyond expectations;
6. Responsible for coordinating communication and the work of various departments of the company, doing a good job of perfecting, optimizing and coordinating for various needs.
Qualifications
1. Undergraduate degree or above, more than 10 years of well-known e-commerce and team management experience of more than 100 people;
2. Familiar with the Internet, have experience in cross-border B2C/B2B platforms and social e-commerce formats;
3. Possess high-level management experience such as the product head, operation head of a well-known Internet company, or CEO, CPO, joint venture, COO of a start-up company are preferred;
4. Excellent English, which can be used as a working language;
5. Have a good overall view and business logic, have good team leadership and organizational coordination skills, be good at motivating and guiding team members, have rich e-commerce professional knowledge and strategic forward-looking;
6. Familiar with the e-commerce environment in the North American market;
