Your Responsibilities
o    Backend development of various applications/APIs as a member of a cross-functional agile team #knowledgeSharing
o    Taking ownership of your tickets, from understanding them, over implementation and pull request, to delivery into production #cleanCode #unitTests #cicd
o    Taking part in a turn-based process to help analyze, prioritize and fix production issues  #helpAndGetHelp #sharedResponsibility #kaizen
o    Helping the team to keep the applications technologically up to date and reduce technical debt
o    Leading a team in the not so distant future
Your Requirements
o    Multiple years of programming experience as a web applications developer #springOrJavaEE #jpa #sqlQueries
o    Eager to take ownership
o    Very good communication skills #empathy #respectful
o    Effective mentoring, problem solving and decision-making skills
o    Effective organizational and time management skills
o    Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus
