I have a question. Somebody please help me

I blend lead(II) Tetrakis Phthalocynine(PbPc(beta-CP)4), a kind of dye, with PETG,And the spectrum of the dye blueshifted, I think probably is because the Pb is pulled out of the dye by the PETG, which kind of ion could be the possibility that can replace the Pb?
