Professor Qihua Xiong at SPMS-NTU is looking for a postdoc candidate to start a project on solid state nanopore biosensing. The work of scope involves nanopore device fabrication, single DNA/RNA/Protein molecule manipulation (such as biochemistry of enzyme digestion, separation, electrophoresis etc.), ionic current measurement and statistics data analysis. Applicants with background in physics, electronic engineering, chemistry or biophysics are welcome to apply. Relevant expertise we are looking for is including but not limited to: electrophysiology with patch clamp amplifier, solid state nanopore biosensing, nanofabrication, single molecule biophysics or biosensing, single molecule manipulation, electrochemistry and surface chemistry,  etc. Interested applicants should send a CV to Qihua@ntu.edu.sg.  Position is immediately available until filled.
