其实用超滤水就可以了。就是北京自来水硬度高，超滤水烧热结垢比较厉害，水加热设备和热水容器需要定期除垢。
永久硬度里那点钙镁离子含量可能并不构成健康问题，有可能属于正常补充量的范围。
