确认不是一次预售权一次扣款？
如果扣了两次的话，就发邮件吧：

  I've bought things in your shop by my creditcard (VISA, ending number XXXX), the order number is YYY, but my bank informed me that I was charged twice, each $900, please confirm the transaction and correct it. Waitng for your reply. Thank you.

  Yours Sincerely, ZZZ

XXXX是卡号末4位，如果是M卡则写Mastercard；YYY是订单号，ZZZ是你的名字。
