工作职责：
The Analog Field Applications Engineer (AFAE) is responsible for partnering with Sales and providing Analog related technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. The AFAE proactively identifies current products and/or creative solutions to solve existing customer projects and create new functionality/opportunities. In this role, the AFAE uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to gain credibility and develop relationships with customers.
Primary responsibilities include:
1.Collaborate with sales to grow analog revenue with a targeted customer
2.Work with the sales team to prioritize and target key and emerging accounts for growth opportunities
任职要求：
Minimum requirements:
1.Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, control science or related degree
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware design and analog disciplines applicable to our customer’s end equipment spaces including op-amps, ADC/DAC, power tree, isolated gate driver, and interface
3.Familiar with power supply related applications like telecom rectifier, server PSU, UPS and inverter etc.
4.Experience with design, analysis, and debug of related circuits or sub-systems
5.Ability to run simulations, and create/ review schematics and board layout
6.Ability to help customers debug device and system level issues
Preferred qualifications:
1.Ability to collaborate effectively with customers to solve their complete analog system requirements utilizing TI components
2.Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively drive customer activity
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills
4.Strong presentation skills, with ability to effectively relate materials to customers
5.Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
6.Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
7.Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
