Is it really such a big surprise that we are losing to the China and other
countries when our schools are so bad we can not teach our childs to read?
21% of our population DOES NOT KNOW how to read. This is insane, many
countries the literacy rate is 99% but in the wealthiest richest and
strongest country, 21% never learned reading?
