Report: Inter get D'Ambrosio

It’s reported Inter have agreed to sign Danilo D’Ambrosio from Torino and he’ll have his medical tomorrow.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the deal is worth 1.5m plus co-ownership of youth team players Matteo Colombi and Marco Benassi.

However, Italy Under-21 international midfielder Benassi will remain on loan at Livorno until the end of the season.

D’Ambrosio was on the market after refusing to sign a contract extension, as he would be a free agent in July.

Although there were also heavy links with Milan, Inter have always been the favourites to sign D’Ambrosio.

The 25-year-old can play as a left-back or a wing-back and scored two goals in 14 Serie A appearances this season.
