Andrea Ranocchia reportedly turned down Southampton as an option for a transfer, but Inter are still looking to sell him.

The central defender has been at the centre of various transfer operations this summer but still hasn't found a placement.

According to FcInterNews, Ranocchia already turned down Southampton, but is still on the market and the Nerazzurri may place the player at the last minute.

Ranocchia was touted for a swap with Roma's Adem Ljajic, and since both players are still likely to leave their respective clubs, that operation could still be a go.
