Azzurri: Santon in, Antonelli out

Davide Santon is deemed to be match-ready after all, so the Italy call for Luca Antonelli is cancelled.

The Inter full-back trained apart from the others in the Azzurri training grounds due to muscular fatigue, resulting in an emergency call-up for his Milan counterpart.

But Sky Sport Italia recently communicated that the medical exams on Santon assessed that he is physically fit and will stay with the national team.

Antonelli will therefore remain in Milan.
