Barcelona: 'Inter keep Montoya'

Barcelona director Roberto Fernandez confirms Martin Montoya “will remain at Inter” even with no playing time.

The full-back arrived over the summer on a one-season loan with option to buy, but has not made a single competitive appearance for the club.

“Montoya will not leave Inter and he will not be returning to Bar  a during the winter transfer window,” director of sport Fernandez told Esports Cope.

There have nonetheless been multiple reports of a January exit, most likely in the direction of Spain or the English Premier League.
