Gabriel Jesus: 'No Inter now'

Inter target Gabriel Jesus says that his desire is 'to stay at Palmeiras and win the championship'.

The 19-year-old is being linked more and more intensely with a move to the Nerazzurri, but his personal statements seem to contradict that.

“Me, in Europe?” he told the Press after beating Sport Recife by 3-1, as reported by FcInterNews.it. “Everything is already clear. My wish is to remain at Palmeiras.

“I've got a lot of faith in my work, in the team's and that of Coach Cuca. We're an excellent group and as I've always said, what I want to do is to stay here without thinking too much about Europe.

“That's what I always wanted. My focus is entirely on Palmeiras. We're fighting to win the championship and I'm very happy here.”
