Zanetti: 'Mancini has Inter project'

Javier Zanetti assures “Roberto Mancini is our Coach and Inter have a project with him,” while Mauro Icardi won’t go to the Olympics.

The Vice-President spoke to Diario Hoy in Argentina about the campaign coming up.

“Mancini is our Coach and we have a project with him as well as a contract,” said Zanetti after reports Mancio was in the running for the England job.

Icardi has not been allowed to compete in the Rio Olympics with Argentina.

“We started pre-season training this week and Mauro is our captain. Aside from all that, we are also in a process of transition because we just sold 70 per cent of the club shares to a Chinese group.”
