Santon set for West Ham

Inter full-back Davide Santon is reportedly in London for a medical, as he’s close to joining West Ham.

The Italian international has seen two moves collapse already this summer, pulling out of talks with Sunderland due to a row over relegation clauses.

It then appeared that Santon would join Napoli, but a knee problem flagged-up in the medical caused the Partenopei to cancel.

Now ESPN and Sky UK are reporting that 25-year-old will arrive on loan, with an option to make the deal permanent for   5.9m [  5m].
